I purchased 2 items from InstaGamepoints on the 26th January (both Xbox live point codes). They weren't delivered within 5 minutes as stated so I submitted a ticket on their website. They replied asking for the order ID so I replied with it. I got no reply after that. They then asked for my PayPal email address for which I promptly responded stating that I paid as a "PayPal Guest". That was about the last I heard from them. I submitted multiple tickets only to hear nothing. I've also tried the phone number which does absolutely nothing apart from goes to voicemail. They've now deleted their support ticket system, and all records of my order have been deleted.

However, I still have the confirmation email from them. Looking at the 120 other complaints on here that they have, I'm not the only one.
