I ordered the 12 month xbox live for my two nephwes and i placed the order then you were to recieve a code via email. Well i never recieved a code. I submitted a ticket and added many notes on this ticket and got no response i called left several messages and got no response. This was all over a five day period and never once got a response. This company broke the hearts of my two nephews who ages are 9 and 10 yrs old. Plus i never got a refund or anything. This company is awful and should be prosecuted...
