Was on free sample site was offered "free sample" for s&h noticed that a small amount of the s&h was set aside as renewable and within 10 days was charged 97.88 for the shipment-shipped on Feb 7. Called to cancel and was informed that first shipment was already sent and act. Would be terminated but that order could not be stopped. Called again when shipment was not received a month later and was informed that the original - quot;free sample" was my order and it was for that that I was charged. TOTAL RIPOFF - please don't let them swindle you!!!
