I applied for the postage only offer of £3.95. For a sample of their product. Not only did they take this sum but also £97.95 as well. I have tried e: miling telephoning and I have reported this to my bank. Surely as it was paid on my visa debit card I should be entitled to a redfund. Which I still haven't received. I am thoroughly disgusted. As they are still advertising as well. This should be stopped. Jacky
