I had ordered a DVD box set for $80 from Austrlia in December. I did not recieve my item but they said it may have gotten lost due to Christmas time being fairly busy. (which made sense), so they said they would resend it free of charge (this was 5th February), now being the end of March and still nothing and now I can't email them to abuse the (Inappropriate Content Removed).
