Miscellaneous

First time I called was the 15 of march and I asked for the 29.95 be taken off my card because I did not agree with being a member I just wanted to get free credit score which asked for my signature. I was told they would take it off my credit card which I didnt give. I called again the 21 of march and asked again to get the amount off my card. I told the lady I just wanted free credit score not amember. She told me I was past the grace period and I told her I only areed to free credit score not the other. She got very loud with me and then i cursed at her and told her I wanted it off or I wanted to talk to a manager, she then told me she didnt have to let me talk to a manager and she would not listen to me be rude to her then she hung up on me. I dont know what they expect when I called before and they still didnt take it off. If it was her credit card she would be doing the same thing. Im suppose to get the money back but I very doubt it. This place needs to be responsible for their actions. The lady also needs to be responsible for her part in this scam.
