Charging for product that was at no cost to me because of my drug plan

Charged for a prescription TIIMOLOL (generic) which should have otherwise been dispensed to me at no cost to me. I was presented with a cost of $4.00 for a 2.5ml bottle. A 90 day supply 3-2.5ml would have cost $12.00. I was given a choice to pay out of pocket $10.00 for a 15ml. Bottle. I did it twice. When I called my drug plan and was informed I should not have paid anything, I went back to the pharmacy for a refund. The January 5 $10,00 was refunded. The 09/28 was not. I cannot be refunded the 2012 charge I was told. I am not happy with that decision. I also pay a monthly premium to get this drug at no cost to me. That was a pharmacy error, and I believe I should be reimbursed for the $10.00 DO THE RIGHT THING TARGET. At 128 bailey farm rd. Monroe, ny 10926845 7835682
