We bought what we thought was a legitimate box set of "Newhart". At first we thought the problem was just poor quality, but then some were not working properly and we realized that they were pirated copies. We wrote and complained, and they wanted us to send back the defective DVD's for replacement. We said no, we wanted the whole set replaced. They eventually agreed in January, but then nothing happened. Now, we find out that this was all a big scam and the website has been shut down.
