Ordered DVD's on Nov. 29/12; when they arrived
I was not pleased with the quality-badly burned copies of the shows (looks like they were recorded right from TV). Sent them back well within the 30-day money back guarantee they advertised on the website. The customer support manager emailed to let me know the DVD's would be inspected for damage (which there wasn't any) and then a refund would be sent. Two months and several emails later and I'm still waiting for my money. What a scam!
