I am an older woman on a very fixed income. I looked at my bank account and found a charge for a FREE CREDIT REPORT. I called the number that was posted on this and was told there was nothing she could do. After getting very upset because this is money I need to get my medicine was told she would close account and refund my account, but was told it would take 7 to 10 days. Will be watching for the refund and if it doesn't show up on my account will be calling back very soon.
