This comapny is a scam!!! This company promises they can help with a loan modification with your lender. They don't do anything but fax them they same documents you have faxed to them. Requesting the same paper two and three different times. This went on for almost a year. Long story short. My lender said they stopped sending every thing. Now my application has been closed. I have to start this process all over again. Waste of time and money!!!
