An unauthorized charge of $100.00 was debited against my debit/credit from Avangate B.V. Global Collect. I called Avangate three times and left one message for someone to call me back. No option to speak with a person was available. This was the second unauthorized charge to my account in two days. I was able to contact the second company and arrange a refund.
