I have had many problems with the billing department at Miles Bluff / Hess memorial clinic & hospital. Bill several times for a procedure, payments I made, I never knew where the money was going & which account. I would receive up to 20 seperate bills in a one month period. Recently I asked for an itemised bill for the bills that would show where the money was put, I was told they would send it right out & never received it. When I call the head of billing & told her I never received it, She ask who I talk to, when I told her Lisele, she said she doesn't work for Hess. They would send my bills to collection agency when I had paid these bills off several monthes earlier, they said they never recieved the money that month that I made the last payment, then after I had paper work from my flex spending card, they would then tell me it was put on another bill that was passed due. When I told them I talked to a man in November, got a payoff for all the bills, I paid most with the card & sent a check for the remainder. I did not recieve any papers or bill for 2 monthes, Then I get a bill for the amount I thought I had paid in Nov. 2012. I have had so much stress over this place, that I have changed Doctors in a different town. There has also been numerous mistakes by the medical personel, but thats a whole different concern. I just think they need to be checked out, I know how upsetting this has been for me, I wonder how many other people they do this too. If there is anyway I can help with this, Please let me know.
