Their customer service chat promised me a free gift if I ordered from their site. They charged me for shipping even though they advertised "free shipping" (I have pictures), then they never sent me the free gift (I have saved our conversations) or anything that I ordered. Not one single thing that I paid I got. They gave me cheap broken clothes that wasn't my size. They refuse to refund me saying it was one of their workers who made the mistake. Their customer service chat literally scammed me by promising me things would be fine so they could take my money. I'm absolutely disgusted.
