I had bought a micro wave oven in During the one year warranty period your mechanics came and repaired after phoning this one and that one. Service was poor. They told me to pay for extended warranty which I did for three years. Expiring on 30th March 13.. The terms and conditions were usual printed matter which is not very clear.in january my owen started giving me problems. The mechanic came and replaced one part. It did not work. Then he came again and replaced another part still no use. Then he replaced third part and no sign. I went on complaining. I was told to contact Julliet. She roughtly told me to read terms and conditions and that I am supposed to bring the owen to the workshop. I told her that I will throw the oven out from my window. She said throw. I told her that I will take lg to consumer's forum. She told me ok.
