Macys Bullies on the job - Employee. Gigi

Macy's Corporate mgmt, there is a lot of harrassment going on in the work place. There is this one employee who is strickly a bully. She has no class or respect to me & our customers. She 's trying to make my life there a living hell, constantly making threats to me that she can have me fired because she's the boss, been there for 32 yrs. She feels that every customer comes in should go to her. Saying things are not true to other co-workers & managers. Everything i do is not good enough to her. I used to ask her for help she ignores me, pretends she don't hear me. I'm not the only one that's being bully by her. I've spoken to the manager twice already. I advise you to look into this matter. Something has to be done.
