Just Terrible

For months Waste Management had not been able to directly bill my credit card although I had 5 times spoke with a person who assured me that after hanging up that it would be set up. Finally after 5 times of having to receive a collections call from them I asked to cancel the service. If I had to call in with a credit card for every company that I do business with a month I would not be able to hold down a job. They told me I have a three year contract. So two months ago I wrote an email to cancel the service giving a three month notice. I have not heard back from them. I get the feeling they are going to try to leave their dumpster on my property and continue to bill me. I like the person’s idea on here about pulling it out into the street to block traffic. This company still thinks people fear them because of their mob affiliations. Give me a break. Send the goons over.
