Idiots/liars

I work for a primary care office in oldsmar, fl. I have to call in scripts for my pts all the time. I often get pts calling me upset saying various walmarts I call into tell pts they never got the scripts from us, yet when I call them right away, almost every single time get told " oh we have the pts script ready". They tell people they don't have them so pts put the blame on the doctors offices. My pts know better. I won't even use those idiots myself because of how many times my scrpits aren't ready when promised or have flat out been given the wrong scripts. I think you have to have a license in "Idiot" to work there.
