I contracted with PVL to move the items in my storage unit, but then had to postpone the pick-up. I then found that I did not need their service and was told when cancelled on 9/14 that I would receive a refund of my $250 deposit. Since then, I have called and sent emails, but have had no answer and still do not have my refund.
