In Wha Jang & Keum Ja Seul promised us large commissions to help set up a wind farm in MT, ND, SD, or WA. She told us he was worth billions of dollars. They flashed around letters everyday from big Lawyers all over the US and Korea. They were doing business and owned land in Africa, Papa New Guinea, China, Canada and all over the US.in Wha couldn't speak english very good and they needed me to negotiate these land deals for them. The commissions I was promised in numerous contracts was worth Millions of dollars and thousands of acres of land. After 6 months of being taken in by these two I finally called them on the ineptitude of their feeble attempts to purchase land. I felt they were scamming me. My wife and I took them to arbitration in Thruston County court and won a $23,000 settlement. My Lawyer has informed me that the only way I will get paid is if they hit the lottery or a jackpot at a casino. I saw them in Costco a week ago and warned the couple they were with about these two individuals. The gentleman contacted me today and thanked me for alerting him to what these two were doing and confirmed they were running the same scam on him and his wife.
