Goods " used clothing and shoes"
we get an offer by sending message from ali baba and negotiated with them and finalized the order invoice # "proforma inv#050112k. P."

They shipped out but delay about 2 months
and when we receive the container
we found around 70% goods not as per our ordered items
and not in use able condition to anyhow.

Our invoice amount usd 11,680 full advance paid.
But after we checked the received goods are total maximum amount we can sale usd 6,252
the difference is usd (11,680 - 6252 = 5,428)

And we contacted them many times all the ways
telephone / email / fax and alibaba message
but they never replied just said that mr. John is out of country because he is not well they gone to africa for his treatments.

Then no pick up calls and no answr

Please help me out for this

And all people be careful from this comapany
they are big cheater company
