Order never went into "my account" so it could never be viewed. 4 emails to Platigo soultions, as well as 2 Phone calls went unanswered. So this Robert from Platigo who answered another complaint, touting their excellent customer service, let me say it is NON EXISTANT! IT IS A SCAM, to keep your money for as long as it takes, get interest on multiple sales, refund the money on a product that never existed, and pocket the interest. My 'status" I never had, has been changed to "refunded" but thats just to buy them more time, as I wait for the refund. Buyer beware!!!
