I was online when i was directed to the company's site as my laptop was said to be in dire need of repairs. After making the payment, a long passcode was given to me and i was informed a link would be sent to my aol account with which i would be able to se the passcode given following my payment to undertake the repairs. Hours later, no email was sent and when i called my bank i was told the money had benn authorised and i could no longer stop it. While making tne payment, i was assured online that if i was dissatisfied with the arrangement, i could ask for a refund of my money. This is what i want.
