The computer form you fill out is layed out in such a way that you must check an "I agree to terms" before the terms are visible. After you check, a blue arrow instructs to continue, so you never see the terms that you have agreed to because you have "continued" to next page, never scrolling down to see terms, because, as instucted, you have already advanced to next page. I never saw what I was agreeing to and did not realize I had already been charged $99 until I received new shipment for which I am charged over $100. I called co. They will credit me back $79 when I return current shipment which I am doing today.
