This si a compleat scam. I was assured that the trial offer was without problems. They sent the trial which I returned immediately with a note saying I did not want it. They didn't reply, but in January and February they took £69 from my account. When I phoned them a very aggresive |American woman said I could not return anything without a special number. I don't have a special number and said so she then said they would not accept any returns. My Bank has stopped any further payments and my card has been changed. However a am still £138 out of pocket. Isn't it time something was done about these companies?
