I called and requested a trial bottle of Green Coffee Bean Max. I was told to call this number to cancel at anytime: 800-218-5390.

On April 05, I noticed a deduction of 39.95 from my personal checking account with the BMI Heath Store 800-218-5390, and on the side there is a reference as to where the money was requested. I was also advised I could order any product from their company as a new customer, and each subsequent month.

I decided at this point to cancel any future orders on today's date, 04/11 however when I called this number: 800-218-5390, a recording stated, "This phone number has been disconnected."

At this point, I have no way of contacting this company the is providing the product I would like to cancel. The same company who is taking 39.95 out of my checking account, and will bump up to 50 plus dollars each subsequent month.

I am calling my financial institution, and have them investigate, and cancel any attempts from this company taking any further money from my account. Not happy all all here...
