I ordered a jewelery box from Jewelryboxdirect.com on December 4. It arrived. I was satisfied with the product. Now, I have a second charge on my credit card in March and I have not ordered anything else from them, nor have I used that credit card. No one answers their phone number and all you get is a runaround.
