I purchased some GHD hair straighteners for my wife on 15th december
The parcel was late to arrive and the box was battered (not nice when your purchasing as a gift)
The free gift was also missing (a mirror)
When i emailed them and complained about late arrival, the box being battered and the free gift missing the lady i was emailing mary zhao was only interesting in the fact i had actually recieved them and that they worked!

Now 3 months down the line with very little use they have stopped working!
I went onto the GHD website to see about returning them... When i tried to enter the code from the GHD'S i had a message pop up saying" these straighteners have already been returned to us as faulty!
I have not returned them before, so who has?

They are either counterfeit or previously returned to ghd as faulty... And now this company is selling them on... Disctusing!!
