It was brought to Adult Protective Services attention that Mr Crouse William was scammed by “Federal Finance Protection Agency”. Scarlet Cochran (619 348 4581) contacted Crouse Wiliam and promised to sell his time share if he pays $866 fee for services. After Mr. Crouse paid the agency, they disappeared and were not traceable. His time share was not sold and he lost $866.
