FMC OMAHA SERVICE ripoff Sold a car for twice what was owed by mutual consent then reported it to the credit bureau as a failure to pay

I bought a car when i was new in town, they sold it to me for twice the book price. They promised to finance another new car if I paid this one off.

When confronted with this promise they indicated they would only finance another used car at twice the book price. I asked them if they could sell the car and I would pay them any difference owed. They agreed and sold it for appproximately twice the balance owed.

Instead of giving me the difference they kept it and reported to the credit agency that I had returned the car but failed to mention that it was by mutual consent and they made money on it.

This is typical in Texas where there is very little consumer protection.
