knowledge!

11/18 -$46.52-Billed 11/4/12
01/04 -$66.53-paid 1/15 by check no. 102
02/04 -$101.53-called "Grace"was transferred
to "Ben"says will correct bill!
02/19 -$29.99-Paid by check no. 107
03/04 -$83.61-Received this over charged bill again and due on 03/23/13-Mailed a Letter
of complaint.

we only ordered the simple and normal tv programs that charges a monthly service of $29.99
