I had bought a trial pack of Veloura on 31st dec'12 and recd the pack only on the 21st of Jan (after the trial period... Surprisingly). I was billed for the product on 1st Feb and I was ok with it though I was not happy with the product. Now, I discover I am being billed for another additional payment without any product being ordered. Pl ensure this is refunded immdtly. Ensure this is not repeated
