Promised to help do a loan modification. Took 3 payments out of my checking account to put in a trust account so my mortgage company could see i was trying to get caught up. They submitted one paper to my mortgage company. After that i have been trying to call them again and again. But goes to a answering service which states the mailbox is full. So this seems fishy to me. I have been scammed out of my 2500.00 and now am dealing with the mortgage company myself. Wish me luck. These peoplemake things look like you have hope in your mortgage going down to a payment you can afford but in the real of it they scam you out of your money and do nothing they promised to do for you.
