Bluebonnet construction - king of fake liens and crappy work

Bluebonnet contrusction located in arlington/mansfield texas is probably the lowest form of life on the planet. We hired them to repair damage to our home caused by an unlicensed teenage driver who drove his friends car into our garage and side of our house.

They tried to swindle us and our insurance company for more than $15000.00.

They used shotty supplies, mexican brick that was not even close to matching the rest of our house, filled our walls with foam to keep the wall from moving - (at least not until they had been paid) - left our garage with shotty electrical work, an extention cord nailed tot he roof of our garage supplying the garage door opener with electricity, which the city fealt would have resulted in a fire.

Left the biggest mess of lumber, trash and everything else in our driveway when they said they were 100% completed with the job and then tried to put a lien on our home for our refusal to pay them. Bob smith and his crew of sub able sub contractors are nothing more than con artists who feed off of trusting people.

One of their "referrals" was karen borta from the news station!!!

After he realized that we were not about to pay him for the mess he left pour home in he suggested that we split the insurance check and go on our way... What a jerk.

We hired an attorney and a capable contractor who fixed our home and our faith in most people and never paid mr smith a red cent and he had no leg to stand on where the law was concerned.

We made and still have an evidence log full of pictures, notes comments etc. Of the mess he wanted to receive more than $15000.00 for.

Please please please don't use bob smiths bluebonnet remodeling and construction... You will regret it.
