Found this site after moving and thought is was the post office... Same appearance. This is a scam. To this date i have called 3 times and left messages. No one answers. And now 3/11 i still have not gotten my mail changed. This is definitely a scam. The post office tells you you will be billed $1.00 for verification... As did this site... This site charged 19.95 to my account. This steams me to no end.
