Ordered an advertised offer of one trial bottle of the product - advertised at 2.50 in British pounds. Did the same with another product: Mizulean.

The terms and conditions are not made obvious on the website and I was never told that I would then be charged 69 British pounds for each item: an over 96% increase in what I had expected to pay.

Talking on the phone they made out like it was my fault.

Contacting second and third party advertisers and the trade standards people, and my bank has promised to retrieve the money for me.
