I was contacted by this company telling me that I had $3,000.00 build up in equity, when asked if I wanted to apply it towards a vacation, I told her that I was totally disabled and for a refund, she said she could not do that but I could sell it, when I told her to sell it I was told that would cost me $389.00, she had my credit card info. I told 3 times that I did not want to pay $389.00. Do not use my credit card. I told to just forget about 3,000, I was furious when she took $389.00 out my bank account. Sence then I have called 5 times, 2 times my called was answered but told would connect to another department that could help me, it automatically sent me to their record a message and I will get right back with you. I've called many times was on hold for 8-22 min. I don't know what to do. I just my $389 back. Thank you Peggy (Personal Information Removed).
