In trying to get my minister's license, I contacted this site and requested information. Not only have they ignored all of my questions, they took my money and would not refund the money within their advertised 48 hours. Pennsylvania law tells me I have 3 days to cancel any arrangements like this, and my requests have been ignored. They provide no telephone information, although I did locate a phone number by going through website informer.com:
