They charged me for a warranty but when it came time to fix my bath room faucet they said it wasn't covered, I asked for what reason do you think I pay you? They refused to give me back my money. They have been doing this to people for 41 years and getting away with it with over 200 complaints / reviews on the net. Please help. Contract # (Personal Information Removed). Thank you
