This is the second time I have received a check in the mail for $2,950.80 from this company. I have never done business with this establishment nor have I ever been to Oklahoma. The only thing I can figure is that this is the result of scammers fishing me for information on my craiglist ad for a roomate I posted in January. I know better now, but I sent my address to a female who inquired about the rental supposedly from a remote location in Alaska and had no other means of communication other than her father who was going to be sending a check for rent in the mail. Thus, I sent my address.

I do not know what the people possibly get out of sending me a bogus check, but I am not stupid enought to cash it and get in trouble with my bank or worse with the law.

Please beware if you or anybody you know encounters this same situation.
