I ordere 2 FREE trials except for postage. One sent from Cyprus, the other from UK. When I was debited with £89 for one then the other, I said I had not ordered the extra. They said it was only a free trial for 14 days and as that tme had elapsed with the used one, theyc ould not refund. With the unused one, they said I could return it as it was in the 28 days. I sent it from our Post Office with a cedrtificate of posting. Each time they e ]mailed me I was given a diofferent person to address. Each time there was something wtrong. Theyu needed details of the proof of posting. I sent them. Then someone else swanted to know the tracking number on the proof. There isn't one I told them. Ten said an attachment. WWe did. They sad it was not proof enough I said want a refund. They said I sent it at my PERIL! I doubt if I will ever b told they have received it.
