I have an open case against me, that was sided with the buyer of a gold 10 rouble russian coin.
This coin was in a set of gold rouble coins, which I had brought to Birmingham Estate and Jewlery, which also has coins dealers with them. I asked them if they could validate them for me and give me an offer on them. Well they did that, and said they all weigh what the world coins book says they are supposed to, not only that they were heavy like they were real.
The dealer gave me an offer, but I turned it down, because it was way to low. I came back another time, and he wanted to buy them again, but still was not where I wanted him to be in price. So I put the coins on ebay, and Mr. Vasyl Tatarin, wanted to buy them, didn’t offer me enough either the first time around. He then asked me if I had a few other rouble coins, with red spots on them and specific years, I said no. He then said ok, and asked me if I would break the set, and sell it outside of eaby. I said if you will buy it then I will do so. He offered me 610.00
For the coin, I took the offer and sold it to him. After selling it to him, he told paypal that I sold
Him a fake, not original coin. I said no I didn’t why would I ruin a perfect ebay rating and do so.
I have never had any issues with any buyers with that problem too, and don’t need any trouble.
Well after payapl went and locked my acct and gave me a –balance on my acct for the amount of the coin I looked into this further, he wanted those two coins, gold roubles in those specific years with red dots, because fakes are made of those, and he has the fakes. He wanted to get the originals, worth about 15000.00 each and pull the exact same scam, tell paypal that I sent fakes, get a refund, and return fakes to the seller. Paypal has asked me to ask the buyer to send me back the coin purchased, and take it to the dealer I use and verify its authenticity. I did just that, and they saw me open the package there. The coin weighed in at 8.7g, the world coins book says. 90g, almost 1.0 grams., the dealer then to it to an machine to test the content of it
The machine showed 62.9 ag, which is gold. My coin was 100% gold that I sold him. It was fake
What he returned to me, and the dealer also chuckled and said it is lighter in color and doesn’t look like the old coin from the coin set, and looks new. He then dropped it on the marble counter to test the sound of it, it didn’t sound like the original I had brought in before, and was much lighter when holding it. Your customer Vasyl Titarin is a crook and a thief. Most of all fakes come from Russians and Ukrainians, he is russian, and he has many fakes. I will take this to an attorney to handle this if paypal doesn’t appeal this, and remove his paypal privlidges.
I have an excellent paypal rating and do a lot of business with paypal, and ebay, I do not deserve this treatment. I have a lot of stress because of this.

I am enclosing the document from the test from the Dealer, please take care of this matter
