I play an online game called Tera, in the server of Vally of Titans. I ordered 5.99USD worth of ingame currency fr mmoff.com, which equals to 1000gold ingame. They claimed that they had delivered the gold to my character. They sent me screen shot of some guy place the gold in the mail system to send. Yet I didnt receive any mail fr this merchant ingame nor di I receive any gold. They screen shotted that they attempted to mail the gold, but how would i know if the guy actually clicked the SEND button. I contacted them via emails, no response. Live chat was useless. And their posted tele contact number did not exist. They kept saying that they had completed my order and would not give me the gold.
