I received a phone call that said they noticed I have had a lot of trouble with my computer and I thought he was a Microsoft technician and he instructed me to open my computer and showed me all the viruses in there and that I needed software to fix it and that then it would run smoothly. It was a scam. His name was Roy Williams and he said he was from World PC Solutions. When I called the number later, it was disconnected. I immeditely closed the computer, called the bank and found it had been put on my charge card already and I've had to take it to be cleaned out of the viruses they left on there and have lost a lot of sleep.
