I paid for services to help cover the service for SpeedyPC for 39.99. After talking with Microsoft technician, I was advised that I would need another service to completely clean my computer of viruses. The technician stated, "she was glad that I called when I did because my computer was crashing and I needed to pay the extra onetime fee of 79.99 to clean the viruses." The technician was complete with the clean up not long after the clean up later went back to check my computer, to find that the computer would not start.
