I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company thinking that for the money I was paying that they would be the real thing.
When they arrived after Christmas I noticed that they were a copy of the real UGG and not a very good one.
The stitching was poor and the lining was very thin.
Upon writing the company and asking for a refund. They said that I should of known that they were not real because of the price.
The price was only $20.00 less then the real ones that are sold in the store.
I have been going back and forth with this company with no sulation yet.
I have asked for there phone number so that I could give to a co-worker of mine that lives in China and offered to help.
My co-worker has told me that there is no such company in China listed.
At this point I'm lost. Out of money and no boots.
In there web site it never stated that these boots were just a copy of UGG and the true UGG.
They said that they do not offer refunds.
I have sent the boots back to China to my co-worker.
Is there anything more that I can do to get my money back?
