The first helicopter i ordered was broken. I called the day after it came to tell the cust service (Tiffany). She said to go to their website and fill out the proper forms with all the info. I did that, nothing. It sent me an e-mail that I needed to do it again. I did it again and still nothing. I tried to contact Tiffany again, after 4 attempts I got a response back from her that they need the information. I told her I sent it. She said send it again directly to her, so I did. Nothing happened for a week. So I tried to call and sent her e-mails. A few days later she says I have to send the information. I told her I did, she said I still need the information requested. So, I sent it to her again. This happened one more time before she finnally sent me a return label. But, still would not send out my new heli until the old one came back. I finally received my new heli a week later. I followed the instructions charged it up and the next day attempted to fly. This heli would not lift off the ground, it kept tumbling over sideways. I have called and emailed the World Tech Toy company 5 days in a row with out a response back. I am tired of this...
