I ordered a ceramic Smiley (Doctor) early in Novembetr.
The charge was $16.00 plus $15. Oo for shipping. I ccalled week after week, only to be told by Mable that she had been sick and behind. She assured me i would receive said Smiley befoe Christmas. Again I followed and i decided to check my checking account. This check was cashed on November 22. Mable told me she would send product two weeks ago. It is now March 7. I am making a formal complaint, called my bank and will contact the Attorney Generals Office.
