The owner (Jean-Luc Allenbach) is a very very very unfriendly and unprofessional person.in case you dare to ask for the status of your order six business days after payment and two weeks before x-mas, he will yell at you (writtenly), that one musn't threaten him, block your access to his webshop and (at least) return your money. When you reply that as a merchant he should stay friendly with customers and a simple "excuse me" would have been suitable for this situation, he gets more aggressive and will start to insult you and your nationality. Please don't buy from this shop!
