A lady named Bella claimed to be a real estate agent and licensed to list and sell time shares. She sent me info about Universal Time Shares, as I had been approached by them as well. What she sent showed that they were a scam. She claimed that she was licensed to sell my time share, but that other companies weren't. She also said that they had a list of clients looking for properties. Average sale was supposed to take 3 months. $1800 fee was for for title search and other processing. A month ago I was told someone was interested in my property and was applying for financing. Have heard nothing since. When I try to contact her now I get no response. Seems like this is another scam
